  1. What browsers are supported by the BicyclePersonalizedCards.com image personalization tool?
    Internet Explorer 6 and 7 for PC, Firefox 2 for PC/Mac, Safari 2 and 3 for Mac OSX.

  2. What file format is accepted? When uploading images that are not digital pictures please be sure that the images follow these sizing directions: 2.75in x 3.75in @ 300dpi This includes 1/8in bleed all the way around, which will be cut off. Final size of the card is 2.5in x 3.5in Pixels would be 825 x 1125 (includes bleed) All images to be downloaded must be saved in RGB mode. Images saved as CMYK will not appear correctly once downloaded Please note that each deck is custom made to order, and there is a minimal variance possible in the production of these decks due to the customization. While it is not expected on all orders, some decks may see a slight image placement variance of 2/32”

  3. How many images can use when customizing my deck? Only one image can be used per deck. Currently we cannot customize decks with different images for different cards.

  4. Can I customize both the face and the back of the card? Customization is applied to the card backs only. Card faces remain standard Bicycle playing card faces on all decks.

  5. Can I order Bicycle Personalized Playing Cards if I live outside of the US or Canada? Currently Bicycle Personalized Playing Cards can only be shipped to the US and Canada. We are unable at this time to ship or bill outside of these two countries. Please check back with us soon as this process will be updated in the near future.

  6. Can I expedite the delivery of my order? Orders cannot be expedited at this time.

  7. How long will it take for me to receive my personalized deck of Bicycle playing cards? For delivery within the US you should expect to receive your deck within 10 days of placing your order. If your cards are being shipped to Canada, please expect delivery within two to three weeks from the time of order placement. Due to the fact that all product is shipped through USPS we are not able to track the package once it has shipped from our location. We cannot make delivery exceptions at this time.

  8. What happens if I do not receive my order? If orders are deemed undeliverable by the USPS (due to insufficient address, no such address, etc) the package is returned to our offices. Upon receipt of a returned package we will contact you for further clarification regarding shipping instructions.

  9. How do I cancel my order? Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Once we initiate production on your order we cannot accept cancellations. To cancel your order, please email us at BicyclePersonalizedCard@usplayingcard.com or call us at 1-866-808-1691.

  10. Can my decks be returned? Personalized products cannot be returned unless damaged. Due to the customization of each deck, we are unable to offer returns for any merchandise that is not damaged or incorrect. To return product, please review our Return Policy and submit the information necessary for the full refund or replacement.
