All Bicycle® Personalized Cards are custom made-to-order for each Purchaser. Only defective goods may be returned. Returns must be requested and approved prior to submission. Accepted returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation, Ace-of-Spades and a sample of the defect before a refund or exchange may be performed.
To request a return, please call 1-866-808-1691 or submit the online form located under Customer Service. Customer Service will direct you with instructions on how to return the merchandise.
Note: Returns must be submitted within seven (7) days of the order delivery date.
It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to inspect the package upon delivery. Items appearing to be damaged as a result of shipping should be reported directly to the freight carrier as shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. Freight carriers may not honor late claims.
This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Venue for any action or proceeding arising out of this agreement, or alleged breach thereof, shall be solely in Hamilton County, Ohio.
